Strongbow Hard Ciders, a brand of White Plains, N.Y.-based Heineken USA, announced its newest flavor, Rosé Apple, a semi-dry hard cider with a touch of red fleshed apples. With a light, refreshing and fruity taste and 5 percent alcohol by volume, this newest addition to Strongbow’s line is reminiscent of a Rosé wine but with only 10 grams of sugars in an 11.2-ounce bottle, the company says.

Redd's Apple Ale, a brand of Chicago-based MillerCoors, is adding more variety to its beer lineup by introducing new flavors and bringing back fan favorites.
In time for the holiday season, Sonoma Cider released its Winter Mix variety pack. The limited-run holiday four-pack includes two 22-ounce bottles of each of the following flavors: The Sleigh, a combination of all-spice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and Sonoma Cider’s organic apple cider; and The Cutter, which features bright and light aromas of ginger, with well-rounded notes of molasses and spiced baked apples in the body, the company says.

Angry Orchard, a brand of Boston-based The Boston Beer Co., announced the launch of Easy Apple, its newest less-sweet hard cider. Easy Apple offers consumers an easy-drinking hard cider option from Angry Orchard that’s lower in calories and sessionable, the company says. The hard cider will be introduced in six-packs in select states this month, includingWashington State,Oregon,Idaho,Montana,ArkansasandRhode Island. Easy Apple also will be available nationwide in the Angry Orchard Fall Orchard Sampler Variety Pack, it adds.

Craft brewery Alpine Beer Co. introduced its fan-favorite Willy Vanilly Ale to consumers nationwide in 12-ounce glass bottles. A vanilla-spiced American wheat ale, Willy Vanilly previously was a draft-only offering exclusively served in the Alpine Beer Co. tasting room and restaurant in San Diego.
