CideRoad LLC, Mendham, N.J., launched an organic line of switchel beverages. Also known as “haymaker’s punch,” switchel typically features water, vinegar and ginger, according to Wikipedia. CideRoad Organic Switchel beverages will be available in Original, Blueberry and Cherry flavors.
