Constellation Brands Inc., Victor, N.Y., entered into a brand authorization agreement with The Coca-Cola Co., Atlanta, in the United States to bring the FRESCA brand into beverage alcohol through the manufacturing, marketing, distribution and launch of FRESCA Mixed, a new line of spirit-based, ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails that are well-aligned to a number of emerging consumer trends, it says.

The Coca-Cola Co., Atlanta, announced that it has acquired full ownership of BODYARMOR, a line of sports performance and hydration beverages that is incremental to the Coca-Cola beverage portfolio and has significant potential for long-term growth. In 2018, Coca-Cola initially acquired a 15% stake in BODYARMOR with a path to full ownership, based on a pre-determined discount. Coca-Cola is paying $5.6 billion in cash for the remaining 85% of the company.
Coca-Cola, a brand of Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Co., announced a partnership with Lime, the world’s leading provider of shared electric vehicles, to reward people who are committed to recycling. To celebrate the nationwide availability of Coca-Cola Sip Sized bottles made from 100% recycled plastic material (rPET), not including the bottles’ cap and label, the companies are offering more than 40,000 free bike or e-scooter rides to people who purchase and pledge to recycle their 13.2-ounce 100% rPET Coca-Cola bottles.

Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Co. reported first quarter 2021 results and provided an update on progress against its strategic initiatives. “We remain focused on emerging stronger and executing against our growth accelerators during the recovery phase. We are pleased with the progress we are making,” said James Quincey, chairman and CEO of The Coca-Cola Co., in a statement.
The Coca-Cola Co. is showing its dedication to a sustainable future and protecting the planet through its World Without Waste initiative, which launched in 2018. Most recently, the company announced the launch of a 100 percent recycled PET bottle.

The Coca-Cola Co., Atlanta, announced that Coca-Cola Trademark brands (Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola Flavors) will debut a 13.2-ounce bottle made from 100 percent recycled PET (rPET) plastic this month in California, Florida and select states in the Northeast, with other sparkling beverage brands following this summer.
