National Beverage Corp., manufacturer of beverage brands including LaCroix, Everfresh, Shasta and Rip It based in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., reported financial results for the nine months ending Jan. 25. The winter weather’s impact on production and delivery resulted in performance declines in the term, according to the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Nick A. Caporella.
The Coca-Cola Co., Atlanta, released its full-year and fourth quarter 2013 results. Worldwide volume growth of 2 percent for the full year and 1 percent for the fourth quarter were reported.
Castle Brands Inc., a New York City-based developer and international marketer of premium and super-premium branded spirits, reported financial results for the three- and nine-month periods ending Dec. 31, 2013.

Diageo plc, London, reported interim financial results for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2013. Following 2.2 percent growth in the first quarter, net sales grew 1.8 percent in the first half of the fiscal year, supported by 4.6 percent growth in North America, the company reports. Sales in emerging markets also were up 1.3 percent, but were negatively impacted by weakness in China and Nigeria, and sales in Western Europe were down 1 percent, continuing the improvement trend seen in the first quarter.
Brown-Forman Corp., Louisville, Ky., reported financial results for the second quarter and first half of its fiscal-year 2014, which ended Oct. 31. In the second quarter, the company’s reported net sales grew by 6 percent to nearly $1.1 billion and reported operating income grew 19 percent to $311 million compared with the prior-year period. For the first six months of the year, reported net sales increased 4 percent and reported operating income increased 9 percent.
Britvic plc, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, announced its preliminary results for the 52 weeks ending Sept. 29. The company reported full-year revenue growth of 4.4 percent to approximately $2.1 billion, with strong earnings before interest, taxes and amortization growth of 18.4 percent to $222.8 million.
Bebida Beverage Co. (BeBevCo), the Statesville, N.C.-based maker of Koma Unwind and Relax 5 relaxation drinks and shots, announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2013. Reported revenues for the quarter reached $2.2 million, making it the highest grossing quarter in the company’s history. Year-over-year, revenue increased 37.5 percent in the quarter.
