Fairport Brewing Co., a Rochester, N.Y.-based farm brewery, launched its first proprietary formula, New England-style BuchaBeer (pronounced “boocha beer”), called Crown Jewel. The malt beverage combines a light and refreshing Belgian wheat-based brew containing hints of citrus and peach with a proprietary, probiotic-powered kombucha fermented tea blend, the company says.
Brew Dr. Kombucha, Portland, Ore., is releasing its delicious, refreshing kombucha in aluminum cans nationwide, becoming the first kombucha brand to offer its products in cans, the company says.
