Preston, Wash.-based Talking Rain Beverage Co., the maker of Sparkling Ice flavored sparkling waters, announced the brand’s sponsorship of the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Top Fuel Dragster driven by Leah Pritchett.

Purchase, N.Y.-based PepsiCo Inc. announced the launch of bubly, a new sparkling water that combines refreshing flavors with an upbeat and playful sense of humor to shake up the sparkling water category while keeping it real with no artificial flavors, no sweeteners, and no calories.
As consumer demands shift toward natural and organic products, companies that were ahead of the trend, like San Francisco-based Purity Organic LLC, have benefited from this strategic positioning.
If social media is any indication of what millennial consumers want, it is likely that we will see more innovation coming out of these beverage categories as beverage-makers look to reach this generation.
