Joplin, Mo.-based Vivify Beverages LLC announced the launch of Bravazzi Hard Italian Soda. Available in three citrus flavors — Grapefruit, Limonata and Blood Orange — Bravazzi is a gluten-free sparkling alcohol beverage that delivers an authentic, all-natural Italian soda experience, the company says.
GameTime Sports Drink features natural ingredients, low sugar

GameTime Hydration Inc., the New York-based parent company of GameTime Sports Drink, announced the launch of a line of alkaline water sports drinks. The initial line includes an alkaline water and three flavored drinks — Punch, Lime and Mango — that have been infused with minerals and vitamins for a crisp, clean taste, the company says.
The NFL playoffs are in full swing, but for a majority of football fans, they are left waiting for next year. As consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturers get ready to transition into the 2016 calendar year, Chicago-based Mintel released its “2016 Food & Drink Trends” report. The 12 trends cover a range of topics including eCommerce and natural formulations.
The movement to become closer to one’s food source and consumers craving more healthful food and beverage options have buoyed the growth of the $53.5 billion natural and organic business, according to Rockville, Md.-based Packaged Fact’s July 2014 report titled “Natural and Organic Foods and Beverages in the U.S., 4th Edition.”
Many people will tell you that in beverage industry, taste is king. As brand owners develop new beverages, they are tasked with finding that balance between function and flavor.
