Kerry announced the release of its new Tastesense Sweet Organic Certified solution that meets U.S. standards while delivering a clean and sweet taste, excellent mouthfeel and a balanced flavor profile to organic certified beverages. It notes that the ingredient is the first organic-certified sweet modulator for the United States beverage marketplace and can be used in a range of products where an organic claim is desirable. This includes flavored sparkling waters, low- to no-sugar beverages, functional beverages and energy drinks, and high and low ABV alcohol beverages.
