Jack Daniel’s has signed a multi-year partnership deal with celebrity outdoorsman Chad Belding. Best known from the TV series “The Fowl Life,” Belding has a background in competitive duck and goose calling, and is one of the founders of Banded, a video production and merchandising company that specializes in hunting gear and accessories, as well as duck and goose calls. The Tennessee Whiskey brand and Belding are teaming up to raise awareness surrounding environmental conservation, the company says. As an ambassador and voice of conservation for Jack Daniel’s, the outdoorsman will channel his skills in the kitchen and on the grill to create a number of recipes featuring sustainable ingredients. Jack Daniel's Master Distiller Jeff Arnett, a recent guest on "This Life Ain't for Everybody" podcast, conducted a virtual barrel selection with Belding, resulting in the creation of 240 bottles of Jack Daniel's "The Fowl Life" Single Barrel. This limited-edition whiskey will be donated as a fundraising auction item for conservation groups, it says.
