Balcones Distilling launched the latest addition to its core lineup: Texas Pot Still Bourbon. Texas Pot Still Bourbon is distilled in Forsyth pot still and aged for 24 months in new charred oak barrels, the company says. Bottled at 46 percent alcohol by volume, the bourbon features a mash bill of roasted blue corn, Texas wheat, Texas rye and malted barley, it adds. The 750-ml bottle is available at select retailers in Texas, Florida and California for a suggested retail price of $29.99.
