Cedar Ridge Distillery released its newest edition to its whiskey portfolio — Cedar Ridge Single Malt Whiskey. The 40 percent alcohol-by-volume whiskey is made using the company’s Solera system, which marries the characteristics of each single-barrel to achieve a depth of flavor and complexity, it says. The new whiskey is packaged in 750-ml bottles that retail for $48.99 in select markets.
