Dry Fly Distilling, an American-made, small-batch distiller of vodka, gin and whiskies, is launching O’Danagher’s Single Barrel Whiskey, a ‘Hibernian’ Irish style whiskey in collaboration with local whiskey maker Tim Danaher. As with all Dry Fly spirits, the grains used in O’Danagher’s are all locally grown. Danaher and Dry Fly made roughly 15 barrels a year and the first three barrels — now turning five years old — are set to release this fall. The limited-edition whiskey will be available in 750-ml bottles for an expected retail of $64.95 each.
