Imagine That World LLC will launch a line of shelf-stable fruit-and-vegetable juices at retail in the first quarter of 2015. Available in Mixed Berry, Peach Mango, Creamy Orange, Chocolate Cherry, Cherry Lemon and Strawberry Banana flavors, each single-serve beverage provides a day's worth of vegetables or fruits, the company says. The company uses a process to dry whole fruits, vegetables and vegetable juices into a pure powder that retains most of the nutrients as well as the aroma or color. That powder is then contained in the beverage cap and released into the water below when the consumer presses the cap, it explains. A 12-ounce bottle will retail for fewer than $4.
