Beam Inc. introduced the Cruzan Distiller’s Collection, which includes Cruzan Estate Diamond Dark Rum, Cruzan Single Barrel Rum and a new Cruzan Estate Diamond Light Rum. Each rum is aged between five and 12 years. Cruzan Estate Diamond Light Rum is charcoal-filtered and contains vanilla and oak cask flavors, while Cruzan Estate Diamond Dark Rum is crafted to bring out the flavor of barrel-aged rum, the company says. Cruzan Single Barrel Rum blends vintage rums that have been aged for as many as 12 years and is bottled one cask at a time. Cruzan Estate Diamond Light Rum and Estate Diamond Dark Rum have a suggested retail price of $19.99 for a 750-ml bottle, and Cruzan Single Barrel Rum has a suggested retail price of $29.99 for a 750-ml bottle.
