Vital Juice Co., a subsidiary of Be Labs, launched a line of Vital organic, cold-pressed, non-genetically modified organism juices. Available in 12 different juice varieties made from fruits, vegetables or dairy alternatives, Vital juices use high-pressure processing (HPP) to destroy any pathogens while preserving the vitamins, enzymes and nutrients in the product, the company says. Additionally, all of the produce used in the drinks is locally sourced from Seattle. A 16-ounce bottle has a suggested retail price between $6.99 and $8.99.
