Alibi is a corn-based whiskey that contains elements of rye and malted barley and is aged in first-fill American oak casks. Instead of appealing to whiskey aficionados, Alibi’s flavor profile harkens back to America’s past when whiskey was served in a shot glass or flask, the company says. A 750-ml bottle has a suggested retail price of $23.99.
