Angry Orchard Iceman and Strawman hard ciders
Angry Orchard Cider Co., a subsidiary of The Boston Beer Co., launched Angry Orchard Iceman and Strawman as part of a new line of artisanal specialty ciders called the Cider House Collection. The collection features ciders made with heirloom apple varietals from Italy and France. Angry Orchard Iceman was inspired by the traditional ice ciders of Quebec and includes flavors of honey, caramel, toffee and vanilla, the company says. Angry Orchard Strawman takes a traditional European farmhouse cider-making approach and features flavors of citrus, vanilla and honeysuckle, it adds. Both ciders are packaged in 750-ml corked bottles that retail for approximately $14.99 each.
