This month, Heaven Hill Distilleries introduced Mariposa Agave Nectar Liqueur, a mixable liqueur created from agave nectar combined with 100 percent agave tequila and premium vodka. The artisanal liqueur is enhanced with hints of rose oil and gardenia, which creates layers of complex flavor and aroma, the company says. With 30 percent alcohol by volume, Mariposa Agave Nectar Liqueur has a suggested retail price of $24.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.
