Made from the juice of sun-ripened Klosterneuburg apricots and an apricot eau de vie distilled from the same fruit, The Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur is sweet and fruity and has an amber color, the company says. The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur is slightly sweet and floral with a violet color and flavors that capture the essence of the flower with a subdued and natural violet aroma, the company says. A 750-ml. bottle contains 22 percent alcohol by volume and has a suggested retail price of $28.00.
