This announcement is the first step in an ongoing process through which the brand intends to achieve Non-GMO Project Verification for all of its bagged specialty teas, the company says.

In anticipation of the holiday season, BluePrint, a brand of The Hain Celestial Group Inc., introduced its first limited-edition seasonal flavor.

The Hain Celestial Group Inc., Melville, N.Y., entered into a letter of intent to acquire New York-based BluePrint, a raw juice category brand.
