With more than 1,100 employees who serve Greater Houston, including the counties of Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery, Silver Eagle Houston has built a portfolio of alcohol and non-alcohol products, led by Anheuser-Busch, Constellation Brands and Mark Anthony Brands, that hits all the key needs of its consumers.

Miami-based Sunkey Beverage Holdings completed its acquisition of Silver Eagle Beverages, a beer and beverage wholesalers, whose distribution territory includes San Antonio, Bexar County and 12 additional counties in southwest Texas.

Baltimore-based Redwood Capital Investments LLC announced it has completed the acquisition of the Houston-area territory of Silver Eagle Distributors LP, which includes three counties: Ft. Bend, Montgomery and a significant portion of Harris, the company says. The new company will be known as Silver Eagle Distributors Houston.
