Limited-edition water-makers available to help combat plastic waste

Airport City, Israel-based SodaStream, a brand of PepsiCo Inc., has teamed up with actress and TV personality Tori Spelling to help eliminate single-use plastic waste, while also honoring the ‘90s decade which brought about the Internet, boy bands and scrunchies, the company says.
In celebration of International Women’s Day last month, SodaStream launched a limited-edition, collectable “SHE” reusable bottle that celebrates women who have made impactful changes and encouraged women to take a stand, the company says.
The transaction is another step in PepsiCo’s Performance with Purpose journey, supporting health and wellness through environmentally friendly, cost-effective and fun-to-use beverage solutions, and the company’s Beyond the Bottle strategy to form a more sustainable beverage ecosystem, it says.
As health and wellness continues to be a big topic, POM Wonderful released a new campaign showing the benefits of its products. SodaStream built the "Holy Turtle," a 1,000-fot floating unit that collects plastic pollution.
