Broadway Video Enterprises and IFC's Emmy Award-winning original sketch comedy series “Portlandia” have teamed up with New York-based winemaker Lot18 to produce a collection of wines based on some of the show's most memorable sketches. Just in time for the debut of its farewell season, each bottle is accompanied by a specially designed label, the company says.

New York-based Pernod Ricard USA is announced that it has completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Avión Spirits LLC, owner of the ultra-premium tequila brand Avión, from its joint-venture partner Tequila Avión, New York. Founder Ken Austin and President Jenna Fagnan, along with Grammy Award winner Jeezy, will remain highly involved and financially incentivized at least until 2020 to help fuel its next wave of growth, the company says.

Celsius Holdings Inc., Boca Raton, Fla., makers of the global fitness drink CELSIUS, announced that it is adding two new flavors, Apple Jack'd and Orangesicle, to its trainer-grade CELSIUS HEAT line. This brings the CELSIUS HEAT product line to seven flavors. The thermogenic pre-workout drink packaged in 16-ounce cans is carbonated and packed with 2,000mg of L-citrulline and 300mg of caffeine.
