Simply, a brand of Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Co., will expand its portfolio with the brand’s first-of-its-kind mixology assortment: Simply Mixology. Simply Mixology will be available in three flavors ― Strawberry Guava Mojito, Lime Margarita and Peach Sour ― which were carefully selected based on consumer and industry trends.

Stamford, Conn.-based American Beverage Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harvest Hill Beverage Co., announced that it has acquired Poppilu, a lemonade brand for kids that was founded by food industry veteran-turned-momtrepreneur Melanie Kahn.
Martinelli’s, a producer of premium 100% apple juice, now is available in a 1-liter glass bottle, delivering the same quality product in a new, convenient size. This new, easy-to-handle 1-liter bottle is replacing the temporarily unavailable 1.5-liter apple-shaped bottle. In 2021, supply chain constraints led to major glass shortages making it necessary to find new packaging solutions.
Brand debuts functional, shelf-stable juice box line with two new offerings

Clermont, Fla.-based Uncle Matt's Organic announced the launch of two new offerings for kids: No Sugar Added Lemonade Juice Boxes and No Sugar Added Strawberry Lemonade Juice Boxes. The shelf-stable line contains zero added sugars, sweetened with stevia and boosted with 150% daily value for vitamin C, plus 25% for vitamin D and zinc for immune support, the company says.
Cheribundi announced the launch of its 32-ounce Pure Concentrate to broaden the brand’s already extensive portfolio. Designed for recovery both off and on the field, the 32-ounce concentrate serves as an extension of the brand’s already successful single-serve concentrate launch and expansion efforts during the past year, it says.

Bolthouse Farms, Bakersfield, Calif., has closed its acquisition of Evolution Fresh from Starbucks, Seattle. The acquisition includes the brand, business, and employees supporting Evolution Fresh. By uniting the two powerhouse brands, Bolthouse Farms looks to further accelerate the company’s leadership within the premium juice and refrigerated beverage categories in retail, it says.
Monk fruit concentrate helps brand reduce sugar by average of 40%

Capri Sun, a brand of Kraft Heinz Co., Chicago, announced the roll-out of its original juice drink pouches with an average of 40% less sugar than the current product. Each single serving now will have on average, 8 grams of total sugars and 5 gram of added sugars. All flavors will hit retailer shelves this August in new packaging highlighting the reduction.
