Reyes Holdings LLC, Rosemont, Ill., announced that it has reached a new letter of intent with Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Co. for territory in California and Nevada, including the major metropolitan markets of Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Las Vegas.

Swire Coca-Cola USA, Draper, Utah, announced the completion of refranchising of territories in Oregon from Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Co. This refranchising includes the acquisition of four sales and distribution facilities and one production plant in the state. Swire Coca-Cola’s operation of the territories commenced April 29.

Lake Bluff, Ill.-based TD Artesian Spirits, a joint venture between Terlato Artisan Spirits and Distell USA, announced the addition of Greenhook Ginsmiths to its growing portfolio of luxury artisan spirits, marking the beginning of the brand's national expansion.

Breakthru Beverage South Carolina, Ridgeway, S.C., will introduce select craft beers to its portfolio, beginning with Louisville, Ky.-based Goodwood Brewing Co. This represents Breakthru South Carolina’s first expansion into the beer marketplace, it says. 

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCBCC), Charlotte, N.C., announced that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Co., to expand the company's distribution territory in northern Ohio. 

Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Co. and Anheuser-Busch InBev  (AB InBev), Leuven, Belgium, have reached an agreement regarding the transition of AB InBev's 54.5 percent equity stake in Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) for $3.15 billion, after customary adjustments. 

Nashville, Tenn.-based Heroes Vodka, a veteran-owned premium vodka made from 100 percent American grain, announced a partnership with Cincinnati-based Heidelberg Distributing Co. to bring its vodka to Ohio and Kentucky, expanding the brand’s availability to 15 states nationwide. Founded in 2011 by U.S. Marine Corps Veteran Travis McVey, Heroes Vodka is part of the R.S. Lipman Co. portfolio of brands. 

New Holland Brewing Co. Founder and President Brett VanderKamp and Pabst Brewing Co. (PBC) Chairman Eugene Kashper announced that the two companies will enter into a long-term partnership agreement, effective first quarter 2017. The partnership will focus on the national distribution and sales of the Holland, Mich.-based craft brewer’s full portfolio of beers. 

Cerveza Minerva, Mexico, announced that it has selected Pabst Brewing Co., Los Angeles, as its exclusive importer in the United States.
