The plant-based trend has evolved from niche to mainstream as plant-based ingredients from soy and almonds to newer options like pea, chickpea, oat and rice are being used in a multitude of products.
Shamrock Farms recently launched Rockin' Protein Plus, a 12-ounce ready-to-drink beverage that combines the benefits of protein and superfruits with Shamrock Farms milk.
The ingredients are known for their ability to extend shelf-life and secure the quality of products by holding off yeast and mold spoilage without the use of synthetic preservatives.
