First launch in new line of limited-edition spirits

Chicago-based Koval Distillery announced the release of Barreled Peach Brandy, the inaugural product in a new line of limited-edition spirits named Susan for President. Distilled from organic peaches and aged in Koval Rye barrels, this spirit harkens to the golden sweetness of summer, the company says.
Portland, Ore.-based Pyramid Breweries announced the launch of its 1977 Lager in commemoration of the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers’ 1977 title run. As the third edition of the brew partnership with the Trail Blazers, raising a pint with this distinctly Portland beer celebrates the 40th anniversary of the team's victorious season, the company says.
Adding to its portfolio of prestige cuvées, Champagne Armand de Brignac released Blanc de Noirs Assemblage Two (A2), the House’s rarest, ultra-prestige cuvée to date.
Whether its coolers or wall clocks, branding on everyday items is not a new phenomenon; however, throughout the summer, an onslaught of beverage brands announced branded fashion items that consumers could either purchase or win.
