BA reports 18 percent rise in volume for craft brewers

The Brewers Association (BA), Boulder, Colo., released 2014 data about the growth of U.S. craft brewing. For the first time, craft brewers reached double-digit (11 percent) volume share of the marketplace, the association reports.
Since the time coffee was introduced to North America during the Colonial period, it has continued to climb in popularity, according to the National Coffee Association.
When parents are teaching their children how to handle breakable objects, they often remind them to use extra care and handle it gently with two hands. The case packers segment of a beverage line also is learning to handle newer, more breakable packages with care in order to ensure that lightweight and flexible packages are gently packed and shipped to stores in one piece.
