EXIAR now is offering the 1/8 NPT FloodStream Liquid Atomizing Spray Nozzle for spraying processes where space is at a premium. The FloodStream produces a deflected flat fan pattern, providing a consistent and proficient spray for precise coverage in close quarters. The nozzle is manufactured from 303 stainless steel, and common applications included washing/wetting, dust suppression, lubrication and part cooling. The FloodStream is versatile and efficient, with a maximum operating pressure up to 250 PSI. The nozzle channels liquids through the body and against a precision-tuned, angled surface, creating a wide-angle, flat fan spray pattern at 75 degrees from nozzle orientation. The compact build allows the nozzle to be effective in tight spaces while still providing exceptional coverage with precision, the company says. Its stainless steel construction also provides durability and corrosion resistance, working well with water, light oils, rust inhibitors, chemicals, paints, dyes and other common liquids, it adds. EXAIR has a portfolio full of air and liquid atomizing nozzles in an array of sizes, spray patterns, droplet sizes and flow rates to meet operation-specific needs. All models come with the company’s five-year, Built To Last Warranty and are CE compliant.
