Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, an operating unit of The Boston Beer Co., announced its upcoming release of Citrus Squall, a double golden ale paloma cocktail brewed with grapefruit juice, blue agave nectar, lime peels and a touch of sea salt. 

At 8.0% ABV, Citrus Squall brings strong citrusy hops and grapefruit aromas, counterbalanced by a down pouring of bright and tart grapefruit flavor and a blue agave nectar sweetness, it says.

Starting on the East Coast, Citrus Squall will roll out to taps and shelves across the nation both on draft and in six-packs of 12-ounce cans. The new craft beer is expected to hit ground in early spring, the company says. In the meantime, using Dogfish Head’s “weather tracker” on the company's website, Dogfish will unlock chances for consumers to win daily giveaways, offers and experiences from Feb. 1 to April 1, it adds.
