Barefoot Wine, a brand of E. & J. Gallo Winery, announced the launch of three new lower-calorie varietals: Bright & Breezy Pinot Grigio, Bright & Breezy Chardonnay, and Bright & Breezy Rosé. The Bright & Breezy Pinot Grigio has aromas of ripe pears and apples, while the Chardonnay has notes of ripe pineapple, it says. Meanwhile, the Rosé has hints of ripe, sweet cherries, it adds. These new wines are crafted to be fruit-forward, with expressive aromas, a light-bodied mid-palate and a clean finish, the company notes. Award-winning Winemaker Jen Wall worked with her team to craft these new crisp wines with 70 calories, a 6% ABV and 2 grams of sugar in each serving, it adds. Barefoot Bright & Breezy wines are available to purchase in 750-ml bottles for a suggested retail price of $6.99 at retailers nationwide and online by visiting the company’s website.
