Hess Family Wines has released its Lion Tamer Cabernet Sauvignon for a suggested retail price of $65 for a bottle. Lion Tamer wines are grown in high elevation with Malbec added into the final blend. This Napa Cab is plush in texture with heady aromas of blackberries, black cherries and notes of freshly ground coffee, with the touch of Malbec softening the tannins, making it a smooth and seamless wine, it says.
