Known for its signature skull bottle, Crystal Head Vodka has launched Onyx, an agave-based vodka that comes in a glossy black bottle with a matching crest debossed cap to celebrate onyx crystals, it says. Made with blue weber agave sourced from a single farm in Mexico, Onyx is blended with water from Newfoundland, Canada, and is filtered through more than 10,000 Herkimer diamonds. On the nose, Onyx features notes of fresh green grass, nuanced white pepper and hints of citrus, while its taste profile features a touch of spice and sweetness and the earthy grip of agave to finish, the company says. It is available for a suggested retail price of $55 for a bottle.
