1800 Tequila introduced a new ultra-premium expression: 1800 Cristalino, a clear and complex sipping tequila that merges the visual and the sensory, it says. 1800 Cristalino’s 100 percent blue weber agave is first aged for 16 months in new American and French oak barrels. The liquid then is combined and finished in port wine casks for an additional six months. The final crystalline expression then is packaged in a luxe glass bottle. The tequila is 40 percent alcohol by volume and is available for a suggested retail price of $59.99 for a bottle.
