Although less than 1 percent of American farmland is organic, more and more people are switching to organic food and beverages, and ULTRA Pure Gold, the first national beer to be USDA certified organic, recognizes the importance of making organic ingredients accessible, it says. Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold is made with organic grains and contains only 85 calories and 2.5 carbohydrates, it adds.
