Holidaily Brewing Co. released its winter seasonal brew, Beulah Red Ale. Named after Beulah Red Marble, quarried in Beulah, Colo., the ale’s color is reminiscent of a mountain sunset, the company says. Made with buckwheat and millet, Beulah Red Ale is a gluten-free beer that features toasted malt characteristics, notes of caramel and a subtle floral hop aroma. The ale is available in four-packs of pint-sized cans for a suggested retail price of $16.99.
