Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut, which was first created in 1869 and named “Impérial” in honor of the Moët family’s close friend, Napoleon, is celebrating 150 years of legacy with the release of its 150th Anniversary Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut. The limited-edition brut has a golden straw yellow color, a lively palate, and bright fruity aromas of apple, pear, white peach and citrus, and notes of floral nuances, the company says. The Champagne is bottled at 12 percent alcohol by volume, and is available nationwide for a suggested retail price of $39.99.
