Provenance Vineyards, a brand of Treasury Wine Estates, introduced DeadEye, a blend of red wines. DeadEye predominately is Cabernet Sauvignon, while also including Petite Sirah, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. The wine is expressive, opulent and dominated by ripe dark fruits, the company says. DeadEye features a 15.5 percent alcohol-by-volume content and is packaged in a 750-ml bottle. Available nationwide, the blend is part of a limited release of 2,396 cases and has a suggested retail price of $50.
