Clear Creek Distillery launched its self-titled line of vodka. Clear Creek Vodka is 100 percent fruit-based and fermented and is distilled from apples grown in the Pacific Northwest, the company says. Bottled at 40 percent alcohol by volume, Clear Creek offers notes of crushed apple blossom, it adds. The vodka is available in retailers throughout Oregon for a suggested retail price of $29.95 for a 750-ml bottle.
