Elysian Brewing introduced its limited-release beer Bifrost Winter Ale. Bifrost is a medium-bodied winter pale ale that pours golden with orange highlights and boasts aromas of citrus, spice and caramel apples, the company says. Packaged in 12- and 22-ounce bottles, Bifrost Winter Ale features an 8.3 percent alcohol-by-volume content and is available in select markets this month in Washington state.
