Compañia Cervecera de Canarias launched special-edition packaging for its Bandido brand. A limited number of bottles of the tequila-flavored beer were outfitted with full-body sleeves featuring designs by tattoo artists of the Canary Islands, the company says. The four limited-edition bottles represent the spirit of Bandido — bold, confident and colorful, it says. The bottles were designed by the following tattoo artists: Elena, from the Art Collective studio in Tenerife, who combined geometric elements with a mustached bandit skull; Gran Canaria Iván, of Arizona Tattoo, who developed a classic old-school design to transport the bandit spirit through beauty, independence and freedom; Iñaki, from Santa Cruz Tattoo, who was inspired by adventure and symbols of good luck; and Arturo of Holy Koi Tattoo, who delivered a unique phoenix design representing strength, power and renewal, it says.
