Peach Street Distillers introduced a new seasonal micro-batch of TuB Gin: Hoppy Plum. The first special-edition fall flavor, Hoppy Plum starts with the original citrus-flavored TuB Gin, made with locally picked high-desert juniper berries, which is married with Palisade plums in the Palisade Plum Eau De Vie and macerated with Palisade Chinook Hops for a softly spiced, smooth spirit, the company says. Packaged in a 750-ml bottle retailing between $32.99 and $34.99, TuB Gin Hoppy Plum is available in select markets while supplies last.
