Sam Adams, a brand of The Boston Beer Co., announced the re-release of its seasonal Samuel Adams Cold Snap. The unfiltered Belgian-style white ale has a bright snap of citrus, fruit and floral spices, the company says. The brew features flavors ranging from the subtle fruit sweetness of orange peel and plum to the distinct, peppery bite of fresh-ground coriander, it adds. Pal and wheat malts give the ale its golden color and crisp, smooth finish, according to the company. The limited-release beer is available through mid-March in six-packs for a suggested retail price of $7.99-$9.99, 12-packs of bottles and cans for $14.99-$17.99 and on draft. Cold Snap also will be featured as a part of the Samuel Adams Cabin Pack variety 12-pack, which retails between $14.99 and $17.00.
