The Coca-Cola Co.’s smartwater brand expanded its portfolio with the release of smartwater sparkling. With the purity of vapor distillation, combined with electrolytes for taste and light carbonation, smartwater sparkling is designed to deliver a taste that is fresh, crisp and delicious, the company says. Smartwater sparkling is available at select retailers, including upscale dining locations and hotels, online sites and club outlets, and will be seen at targeted events in New York City, Los Angeles and Miami. Initially available in 1-liter bottles, smartwater sparkling has a suggested retail price of $1.99. The sparkling water will become available in additional packages, sizes and markets throughout 2016, it adds.
