Azzurre Spirits offers it gluten-free gin made from California apples, wine grapes and sugar cane. The gin features  botanicals such as basil, rose petals, coriander, ginger, juniper, grapefruit peel and tangerine peel and is minimally distilled and filtered to retain its flavors. The Azzurre Spirits’ Gin contains 40-percent alcohol-by-volume, is available in Nevada (with California planned) and priced at $32 for a 750-ml bottle.
