On Aug. 1, Berkshire Mountain Distillers Inc. will release its new Greylock Gin & Tonic ready-to-drink cocktail at retailers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Georgia and Massachusetts. The cocktail blends the company’s handcrafted, small-batch gin, which features a proprietary blend of seven botanicals, with the company’s house tonic, which is made from cinchona bark and a blend of spices. The resulting cocktail is crisp, dry, full and subtly sweet with citrus and floral notes as well as hints of juniper, ginger, allspice and cinchona bark, the company says. Containing 13 percent alcohol by volume, Greylock Gin & Tonic has a suggested retail price of $15 for a four-pack of 200-ml bottles.
