Blue Ice Vodka, a brand of 21st Century Spirits, introduced its first flavored vodka: Blue Ice Crème Brûlée Vodka. The handcrafted spirit is naturally flavored and made with water from the Teton Mountain Range in Idaho as well as four-column fractional distilled Idaho wheat with a five-step filtration process to ensure the clarity and purity, the company says. The resulting vodka features hints of butterscotch, caramel, custard, toffee and vanilla flavors, it adds. A 750-ml bottle retails for approximately $20.
