Stone Brewing Co. added Stone Go To IPA to its year-round lineup. Considered a session beer because it contains 4.5 percent alcohol by volume, the India Pale Ale features fruity citrus notes as well as nine different hop varietals, the company says. To retain the flavors and aromas from the hops while maintaining a lower alcohol content, Stone implemented a process called “hop bursting” in which a large amount of hops are infused during the final phase of the brewing process, it explains. Stone Go To IPA is available in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles and on draft.
