Dr Pepper Snapple Group has expanded past its staple Mott’s apple juice and apple sauce products with a new line of juice drinks. Mott’s Fruit Punch Rush, Wild Grape Surge and Strawberry Boom each contain 40 percent less sugar than regular fruit juices with no artificial sweeteners, the company says. The juice drinks also offer 100 percent of the recommended daily value of vitamin C in each serving. The juice drinks’ flavor variety should appeal to children while their health aspects resonate with moms, it adds. The juice drinks are available in 64-ounce multi-serve containers, and Fruit Punch Rush and Wild Grape Surge also come in six-packs of 8-ounce bottles. They currently are available at select national retailers with broad national availability expected by March.
