Heaven Hill Distilleries Inc. launched High Rise Vodka, which uses winter wheat and limestone water from the Finger Lakes region of New York. The vodka has been distilled five times and is available in an 80-proof version as well as Citrus and Cherry flavors. All varieties are available in 50-ml, 750-ml and 1.75-liter bottles. A 750-ml bottle retails for approximately $12.99.
